Great room at convenient location.

Liked:Rooms & breakfast were wonderful!!! Location convenient for events at United Center.

Disliked:Parking. Very confusing where we could park. Signage could be better & it would be nice to have specific directions in an email from the hotel. Also, my confirmation email said parking was $30, then at checkin I was told it was $35.

Clean, friendly staff, easy to get to.

Liked:Location was near the United Center, where we were seeing a concert. Restaurants were close by. It was near medical facilities and was a safe neighborhood.
