I wouldn't stay here again price doesn't match the quality of the hotel.

Liked:Very close walking distance to the ball game at Wrigley.

Disliked:NO breakfast, the shade in our room was broken and would not go up. Room constantly dark.

Great option for location but Be careful if booking multiple rooms

Liked:The staff was friendly. The location was convenient; close to transportation hub.

Disliked:The rooms looked much bigger online. Be careful when booking multiple rooms. I booked 2 rooms /2 queens online. I thought it was 2 queens in each room. This was discovered on check in so I had to purchase an additional room. Thankfully, one was available and front desk worked things out.If I would have known this ahead of time I would have booked a different location. I feel that paying for 3 small rooms with only 1 Queen bed was not the best decision. Facilities, comfort and Value were not worth what was paid.

Very disappointed with this hotel as it was of much lower quality than expected. Disappointed.

Liked:Proximity to Wrigley Field.

Disliked:This hotel was not a three star property - I would more compare it to a two star Comfort Inn maybe. The room was clean but not what was expected from looking at the picture presented on line. We paid a premium price thinking this was a "Boutique Hotel." This property was run down and felt "worn out."
