Horrible experience. So much so that I checked out without staying.

Disliked:Stained carpets, dirty linens and towels, and no soap in the bathroom or any available in the entire hotel. I check out of the hotel in less than an hour to find new accommodations. I want a refund!

Liked:The attendants that were at the front desk at check in were amazing and super nice! Very informative and made suggestions and showed interest in why we were staying.

Disliked:The attendant that was there during check out was dismissive and to busy gossiping with another employee about something that happened in the community.

Disliked:People were allowed to sleep on the couches in the lobby. It was unclear if they were guests. No hand soap in the room, even after asking. No paper towels in the lobby restroom, again even after asking.
