Good option but if you want quiet book outside holiday programs times.

Liked:Smaller good value apartment hotel. Reasonable gym and nice pool (if kids on holiday program aren't using it - generally from 4.00 pm) Jing jai market/Tops supermarket and Big lotus mall and a lot of eateries with 10 min walk. 10 min taxi/bolt to Thapae gate.

Disliked:Holiday program influx of kids. To be fair they congregate in reception and then head off by 9.00 ish and back at about 4.00 pm so you get that period of quietness.

Absolutely worth it

Liked:Rooms were spacious. Always clean and well-furnished. That’s exactly what you need and thanks to little further location from the main city markets it’s quiet. Walk to the market is around 25 min by walk but always can get a bike.

Liked:We had an excellent 7-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well equipped, and the entire property is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. What truly made our stay outstanding was the amazing staff—everyone, from housekeeping and the breakfast team to the lobby staff and the manager, was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, and the hot dishes changed every day. The pool and gym were also excellent. Although the hotel isn't right in the city center, getting around is very convenient—Bolt or Grab rides typically cost under 80 THB. There is also a great local market nearby, an excellent self-service laundry next to the 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk away, and a fantastic massage shop offering high-quality massages at very reasonable prices. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
