A lovely destination in itself

Liked:The hotel courtyard was beautiful and the room luxuriously comfortable. The staff service at the reception, housekeeping and restaurant was impeccable. Pooh from the front desk was exceptional. Her warmth and helpfulness made my stay truly enjoyable.

Disliked:Not much else to do in the hotel other than the spa, pool and my room but this is to be expected of a boutique hotel.

Best massage ever!

Liked:Such a great hotel! We stayed in 2 different rooms with pools for 3 nights each and it was a different feel but we loved the variety. I had 2 massages because my massage therapist Fai was so good! I've had a lot of massages over the years but Fai was by far the best massage I've had. I like firm strong massages and I had to ask her to do a little less pressure and I've never had to do that! She was so nice, personable and caring. I couldn't get enough! I haven't had too many Thai massages but I love the stetching! I can't say enough good things about Fai!

Excellent Experience

Liked:My stay at The Inside House was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast had many great options, and the complimentary daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. The highlight of my stay was definitely the massage. It was honestly 10/10. Special thanks to the therapist, Fai, who is incredibly skilled and professional — easily one of the best massages I have ever had. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
