A Second Home

Liked:The Marriott Hotel was a perfect place to stay on our Chiang Mai leg of our Thailand trip. We stayed there for four nights and a Grab into the old city was only about 5-12 minutes long. The hotel is also perfectly located near a night market where you’ll be able to try a variety of foods; I also really enjoyed the welcome gift of assorted Thai fruits. The atmosphere of the lobby is incredibly clean and well decorated with assorted elephants and other Thai cultural items. They even had a live instrumentalist one morning. Our room was incredibly clean and well maintained for the value, and despite being a few rooms away from the elevators, it is a pretty quiet room. Our favorite aspect of this hotel was probably the massage and the pool with an amazing view. Zee was the massage therapist for my husband, and he said it might been his best one ever! Katay did an excellent job focusing on my problem areas, to the point where I dozed off because I was so relaxed. The Chiang Mai Marriott hotel went above and beyond my expectations for our trip to Chiang Mai, and I would recommend it for anyone!

Liked:I was on a business trip to Chiang Mai and stayed at this hotel. The location and facilities were 5/5. A truly beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms and a location right in the city center. As for the service, I’d give it a 6 out of 5. A special thanks to the receptionist, Pea, who was always there to help me whenever I needed it. I hope I get to travel here again someday! I highly recommend it!
