Budget friendly hotel

Liked:The staff were friendly & the hotel is in a good location.

Disliked:The room wasn't clean, the fridge had dirt inside, the kettle & cups had dust in them, the TV would not work. The swimming pool advertised actually belongs to the neighbours not the hotel. The breakfast buffet was not a buffet, you had to order from the menu & half of the items did not arrive with the food, e.g toast not being added to the breakfast.

Enjoyable, comfortable stay in Chiang Mai!

Liked:Lavana Hotel offers great value for money for a standard, clean, comfortable room in Chiang Mai. The location is fantastic for the Walking Street Market, fantastic restaurants, cafes etc literally on its doorstep. The room was quiet, clean and had all the amenities you would need.

Disliked:The hot water in the shower was inclement and difficult to control!
