Disliked:There were bed bugs. The room needs fumigation, I got rashes all over.

Good location with great air con and lobby, rooms need an update

Liked:Grand lobby as you enter the building and secure parking which is ideal if you have hired motorcycles a few days. New cafe area downstairs.

Disliked:We were on floor 11 and although the room was okay it’s certainly starting to look its age and needs a freshen up. Pool area was okay.

Liked:The location is excellent right next door to the gates to the old city. The rooms are showing their age a little bit but they're large and very comfortable and functional. It has car parking on site but most of the attractions like the night markets and temples of the old city are within walking distance.
