Wonderful stylish hotel in a fabulous location

Liked:Lovely hotel in a perfect location in the old city. Friendly and very attentive staff. The hotel has a wonderful ambience that feels like the set of a classic 1940’s movie. Highly recommend this hotel when in Chiang Mai.

Nice hotel with terrible communications

Liked:Good hotel but terrible communications. I stayed here in January 2025 and was planning on staying here again in January 20 26, but could not get anybody from the hotel to respond to me when I made an inquiry via the method they tell you to on their website. They have a nice hotel but they really need to improve their customer service.

Would stay here again

Liked:Had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The staff was super helpful. On our first night Imm recommended a fantastic massage place. It was so good we went there 2 nights in a row. The breakfast was great, free water bottles and snacks any time. Even after checking out the staff was nice enough to let us eat some take-away food at their tables, brought us bowls and silverware, even cleaned it up for us. Will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Perfect….

Liked:Beautifully styled hotel, amazing staff and lovely food (breakfast is really good as is the lunch/late afternoon meal (the best Pad Thai). I am fussy and this place really did exceed all expectations. Fantastic location in Chiang Mai old town. My family (husband and 2 older teens) really enjoyed our time here. I’d thoroughly recommend it!
