Liked:Room size and location. Attentive staff at reception. Appeared short staffed for number of people attending breakfast.

Disliked:Limited paid parking. Breakfast was poor, facilities to sit at breakfast are limited. Quality of food was poor. Insufficient staff at breakfast. Parts of the room looked tired (wall paintwork).

Great staff abd hotel, surrounding area tired and concerning.

Liked:Central location, close to Red Dragon and Millenium centre. Staff were very attentive, particularly the young gentlemen on the front desk upon arrival (Bailey).

Disliked:The surrounding area of the hotel looks very tired, vandalism and broken glass everywhere, a real concern regarding younger members of the family.
