Liked:Very polite staff extremely helpful in finding my son Snooker Cube. Very welcoming and always there in time of need

Disliked:Breakfast was poor, only one coffee machine working and then most options didnt work. Croissants are TINY, you need 3 to make up a normal size croissant. Apple juice so watered down it was just water. Cucumber looked old and dried out. Staff fet annoyed with people just asking basic questions. Had pizza for dinner which was disgusting. It was as if someone had poured a can of tomato paste on the base and drizzled a bit of cheese.
