For family reasons, we are planning three more stays in Cardiff soon at the Hilton.

Liked:The front reception staff were uniformly kind and went out of their way to help, show directions to places we asked about, and provide services. The dining facility was clean and comfortable, and the bar service was outstanding. The food was so delicious, we ate at the hotel several times. Service was so kind.

Disliked:The location is central and lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room service was quick and cheerful. The dining food was delicious. The table service was beyond kind. The front desk was amazingly helpful. What could one possibly ask above all this?

Pleasant stay in central location with a really good breakfast.

Liked:Comfortable room. The breakfast was good with lots of options and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff also friendly and the evening small plates were good value and very tasty. Small, but well-equipped gym. Shops, castle, stadium and Bute Park all walkable within a few minutes.

Disliked:The hotel is showing its age a little.
