We had a very nice 5 day stay in Cardiff. The lack of response from the landlord was the low light

Liked:Good location Quiet neighbourhood.

Disliked:The service response and the communication with the host was very poor. I asked for an amenity to be replenished during our 5 day stay. It was not replenished and there was no reply from the host so I had to pick some things up myself. The host asked for a copy of the receipt and then no communication for 3+ weeks until I reached out again. Not the way to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Plus the kitchen garbage had not been cleaned out from the previous renter. No apology forthcoming from the landlord for that oversight.
