Nice bed, nice pool, maintenance needed and staff incompetent and slow

Liked:Bed is comfy

Disliked:Lifts broken, shower broken, lizards running on inside of hotel, slow bar service unable to put things on the room to pay at the end. Hotel reception staff put 2 of our suitcases on the wrong tour bus and then couldn't get hold of the bus driver so our taxi had to race across to the airport at speed to catch the bus driver before he left the airport. They also did not have the taxi ready when we came down at 4am despite me booking it the night before and then assuring it would be here. They also did not tell the driver if paid 80 usd to the hotel the night before, with a receipt, i had to prompt them twice to do so. Reception staff absolutely incompetent.
