Very good customer service, especially from the doormen and restaurant crew. Nice bed and linens, beautiful facilities a

Liked:Best: The view of the pyramids and very good breakfast. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.

Disliked:The pool cafe allows people to come and have food and shisha there, which makes it a bit uncomfortable for people swimming and tanning while being observed by fully closed people having dinner. A bit of a weird feeling.

A week in Cairo

Liked:Firstly I would like to say that the staff here are incredibly hard working. Mustafa and Naby at the First Bar make excellent cocktails. And Mohammed at the Pool was very friendly, helpful and made our time there much more relaxing. However for myself personally I often found the staff almost too attentive, it might be because the hotel was clearly far from being at full capacity while I was there, but sometimes I couldn't sit by myself for a minute without a different one of them coming over absolutely earnestly desperate to help me with something, anything at all. I personally just want to be left alone sometimes rather than being constantly fussed over, so this did get a bit annoying. Basically you can expect them to treat you like Royalty, which might be exactly what some people want, but its not for me. Otherwise the Hotel was fantastic in every conceivable way.
