Amazing

Liked:Excellent staff and unbeatable location. Staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. Also gave us complimentary late check out as requested. Highly recommend staying here for family.

Liked:The views are amazing. Beds were comfy, we had an internecting room which was great with 2 children. View of pyramids was a great surprise for my children. Spa was lovely and peaceful. We ate in 139 and Alfredo. The views and tranquility at 139 were spectacular. At Alfredo my husbands food came out dry and inedible, but they rectified it and treated my children to desserts. It was my sons birthday so they sent him a fruit platter and cake and he had a birthday task to win a sweet treat too. They made it special for him. Pool area is pretty, pool and waiting staff were great. Especially Hesham and Mustafa.

Disliked:Bathroom needs a little tlc. Eg taps are too tight and shower with rail and glass door isnt much room, the door doesnt shut so leaks over the floor. Minor issues, didnt spoil the stay. I dont think breakfast is worth the money if paying for it, if not included in your stay.

Liked:Everything. The Hotel is on of the most amazing places I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at. It’s absolutley stunning! The staff is so kind and helpful and attend to your every wish. The food, pool and stay overall was excellent! We had a fantastic, spacious and very clean room.
