Super Comfy Stay

Liked:It was super easy to reach and fast check in. Especially thanks to lady in red Marcelina for her kindness and helpful approach. And Crepe with blueberry was awsome in breakfast. No need to talk the enviroment and rooms it was over expectations

Disliked:I couldnt find tramisu for 5 days :)

Great service, good location, but could use a renovation

Liked:Kempinski Palace is situated in new Cairo and is an old resort type of hotel. The room and the hotel is well equipped with a nice gym, pool and a great spa area. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

Disliked:The facilities are not new and the rooms could take a renovation. The toiletries could be more as well. Also the locals in the spa area did not know how to behave in the sauna and left their waste in the facilities.

Amazing service and great 5 stars hotel

Liked:The property is very clean but what is more important is the level of customer service they have from the chef and food team

Disliked:The toilet bidet is not a jet but it is a hose type. I think both options may be better
