Liked:I had a very pleasant stay this time. The food was really nice, and the rooms were super clean and well maintained. A special thanks to Madonna from Customer Service. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. She was always happy to assist and made the experience even better. Overall, a great experience, and I really appreciated the excellent service!

Disliked:The parking area could definitely be improved. There is an issue with bird droppings on the cars, and there are no sunshades, so the cars are left exposed to the sun. Adding covered parking or sunshades and addressing the bird issue would make the overall experience much better.

Liked:The hotel was superb, modern rooms while keeping all the original features. Staff were excellent, Juliette from guest relations is so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The food was great, pool was very clean and well looked after, pool staff were always ready to help and extremely polite. Fantastic hotel.

Payment for accommodations charge is required upon arrival as well as a credit card pre-authorization for the extras charges.
