Good location, but a bit soulless

Liked:Griffinbay Hotel is a decent choice for convenience: steps from the BIFF Centre, street-food stalls, shops, and Jagalchi Market, with buses to the rest of Busan around the corner. The harbour’s an easy walk, too. Rooms are adequate: clean bed, decent shower, nothing more, nothing less. That said, the place feels impersonal; lobby and halls could belong to any budget chain, and staff interaction is minimal. Fine for a short stay, but don’t expect much character.

Location is key

Liked:The hotel is located near Jagalchi Seafood Market and BIFF. Public transport is very accessible which makes it an ideal spot to stay and easily go around the tourist spots in Busan. The room we had was a bit small but clean and modern so I have no problems booking the same hotel if I go back to Busan.

Liked:Und wurde ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer zugewiesen für eine Nacht. Das Zimmer war dementsprechend großzügig, das Bad ebenfalls. Es gab keine abgetrennte Dusche, sondern einen Duschklappsitz und der Duschkopf musste an der gegenüberliegenden Wand befestigt werden, so ist das komplette Bad unter Wasser gesetzt worden.

Liked:Das Hotel war gut gelegen, hatte Busstationen 100-200m vor der Tür. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem. Komisch war nur, dass die Lobby im 2F lag. Ein 7Eleven war im 1F.
