Busan is great

Liked:It is a modern hotel in a business area, room was spacius and the view was nice. Beds are comfy, good shower and all in all a nice stay.

Disliked:The hotel is far from center, but there are 2 subway lines neare by.

Liked:Avani is conveniently located close to 2 metro stations. It has a decent breakfast and the rooms are modern and clean. Most of the front desk people are ok, a bit challenged with English speakers. Some of the front desk staff aren’t polite , I believe there’s a communication issue while speaking English. On the other side, the staff at the breakfast area is great. Welcoming, respectful and warm. I’d say there’s a contrast between these people and the front desk staff.

Liked:Location was amazing, view from the 35th floor was also amazing, no real noise from neighbours, and spacious room. Also very clean.

Disliked:The hotel has aged quite a bit, only 2 elevators for quite a lot of (and high) rooms, you could still hear the street noise, even on the 35th floor, and the bed was very springy and uncomfortable.
