Excellent city stay

Liked:Really cool architecture and design. Massive room with awesome city/port views. Spa was great. Pool and gym were very good for a hotel and the gym staff were helpful.

The staff was so absolutely wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, pleaseant and the hotel is fortunate to have this staff

Liked:The lobby was great . The restaurant should have been open later to accommodate people in tours returning late. The furniture in rooms were worn and need some care.

Nickel and Dimed

Liked:The building and room were great. Large and a Korean stylized architecture and decor.

Disliked:I felt like we were being nickel and dimed. We arrived less than an hour before check in. They wanted to charge us. My husband went for a swim. A small charge was added There are absolutely no toiletries in tbe room, again an extra charge. It was 78 degrees warm in our room. The AC is controlled centrally and was nit turned on. The place is nice enough to demand a higher price so include some amenities!
