Disliked:Understaffed. Late start to “breakfast included” which starts at 6:30 after half of free morning shuttles have departed for the airport.

Good Hotel for Travel Connections

Liked:Very nice facility with very friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms. The best shower we encountered in Europe. The beds were extremely comfortable. The snack bar/small restaurant in the lobby acrtually had very tasty food. The airport shuttle is quite a walk from the airport terminal (Brussels airport is horrible.) as are the car rentals but the shuttle ran often and serviced about 6 hotels in the area. There is a nice lobby for visiting with friends.

Disliked:You will definitely need GPS to find the hotel with the road construction happening (for years) in the area of the Brussels airport. The neighbourhood, while safe, is not a nice area for views or walks (it is in an airport/industrial area). No other restaurants or stores close at all.
