Liked:location is good

Disliked:cleanliness. the room is smelly without strong air conditioning. The breakfast was so so, not so much to choose and the apple's skin are sticky, must be peeled off the skin before eating.

Good value for the absolute basics, with great staff.

Liked:Staff was very helpful and accommodating, bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Disliked:Location was great, but getting into the property was as at times difficult due to the way the entrance was positioned. Entering hotel also had a strong smell like they were trying to cover something up. Breakfast was very limited and poorly positioned and caused much congestion. Properly was actually 2 different hotels in one building which made it slightly confusing. Also my key stopped working a couple of times due to the door mechanism not working properly so I had to wait an extended amount of time to get into my room if I left. The staff tried to make it right and would quickly drop their task to help me out but just inconvenient for both of us.

The staff was very friendly but the lack of cleanliness of the room would lead me to not stay here again. lead

Liked:Large rooms and reasonably comfortable beds.

Disliked:The rooms were dirty. The walls and. Wiling were visibly dirty as was the couch. There was a cockroach in our room and some garbage left from a previous guest on the far side of the bed.

Liked:Our stay at Mainstay Suites was awesome! My family and I loved every aspect of the hotel. The kids especially enjoyed the morning breakfast, and we all had a great time. It was an amazing experience for us!
