DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION

Liked:Checked-in around 6:30 on July 24, 2026. We went to our room and it was HOT. My husband tried to adjust thermostat to cool. We placed our luggage in room and left back out to go get dinner. We we got back still HOT. Our room was not cleaned. Couch nasty or worn out, carpet nasty, shower was filthy. Wallpaper and windows seal peeling and crumbling. I went to used the toilet, it was sitting to the floor and the seat was about to come off. Due to large groups, no rooms were available. We could not sleep being hot and listened to a water drip all night in the bathroom. Looked up at the ceiling and it looked like its was about to fall in. I reported this the next morning. They sent a maintenance guy up, he look at it, and said let me check upstairs, something going on. I asked him did he have a wrench to tighten the toilet seat. The toilet paper roll on wall was unreachable. I almost fell off toilet trying to get toilet paper. He looked and acted as this wasn't nothing new. He never came back. Our second night after being gone all day after Baseball game, we came back to room with thermostat saying it was 75 degrees in that room. I called to desk again. They sent a guy up, he said he was going to change out the thermostat, which he did. We got showers and got ready for bed. It was still hot. Now, my husband jumps up and very angry. He said I can't stay in this room and sleep like this another night. He told the kids to get up and get clothes on after 11:00 P.M. We are going to check out and hit the road and go home. I felt bad because we were all tired. I plea with him to let's go ahead and stay because we both were tired and exhausted to be driving all night. I called the desk and Ramona assisted to move up to another floor and said several people complaining about no air. It was cooler in the living room area but still hot in bedroom. Looked around in bedroom, 1 small vent that felt like a fan blowing. It was still HOT. I was awaken by husband at 0600 this morning to get dress to leave.. i plea with him to lThe hallways and elevator was extremely hot. Look like this is an ongoing issue at this property. They need to shut it down and do renovation and CLEAN UP. This is the worse Hilton Hotel I have ever witness this. I will be contacting Corporate Monday morning.
