Pleasant, but amenities were limited.

Liked:Breakfast buffet was good.

Disliked:Limited food options except for breakfast brunch. Problem with shower/bath faucet took 3 days to address after multiple request. Room phone was not working. Eventually, I had to change my room.

Disliked:There was no shampoo on the bathroom it is kind of frustrating that after paying a rate that is above average considering other hotels in st Louis to think that the manager didn't train enough the service personnel to check that... So when you enter the bathroom after being at the pool and you get naked having to go back to the room with the kids in the room to call the front desk and wait 10 minutes to get the shampoo is something I wasn't expecting... Also for no reason a cleaning lady knocked on my door at 8:00 am so my sleep was interrupted. And on breakfast there was a fly or two all over our food.

Good choice!

Liked:The swimming pool was nice. Enjoyed hearing the waterfall all day. Breakfast was yummy!

Disliked:Our balcony door was off tray so hard to open/close.
