Liked:- Kids liked the kids club and the activities - We liked the beach with the crystal clear water and fish/sea urchins - Nice tea time with outdoor games - Free Tennis/Table Tennis/Pool & Games

Disliked:- Hotel is rather old and rooms could do with a touch-up - Food choice and quality is limited (a la carte restaurant always booked out and minimal outside options given mostly resorts in this town)

Liked:Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tamassa Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, and the resort proved to be incredibly family‑friendly — perfect for travelling with a toddler. A heartfelt thank you to Anushka from housekeeping, who looked after our room with such kindness and attention. She made sure everything was perfectly set up for our toddler and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to praise Silven, the F&B manager, for being consistently hands‑on and attentive. He took great care of our dietary requirements throughout our stay, making every meal stress‑free and enjoyable. Every morning, Yuvna from guest experience greeted us at the breakfast buffet with a warm smile and thoughtful check‑ins. Her friendliness added such a lovely touch to our mornings. A special mention goes to Chef Shruti, whose attention to detail was exceptional. She remembered our dietary needs and prepared our meals exactly the way we wanted, every single day of our week-long stay. Her care made a huge difference. The resort itself is fantastic for families. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring, and there’s plenty to do with toddlers. We loved the different themed buffets and the nightly entertainment, which made each evening feel special and fun. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again soon.

Disliked:It would be great to have a heated outdoor pool during winter.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

Liked:The Tamassa Bel Ombre hotel is in a lovely green nature location on the beach. The facilities were very good and the staff were exceptional, always helpful and friendly.

Disliked:Not any experience on how to support a sole traveller like myself, eg, suggestions of any activities which l could have taken part in.
