Cancellation

Important Information
Our spa facilities – including sauna, steam room, hot tub, and therapy services are reserved exclusively for guests 18 years and older. The Shanti Spa pool maintains an adults-only policy. Children are welcome to enjoy our dedicated children's pool and main swimming area. To preserve the exclusive experience and service standards of the resort, outside food and beverages are not permitted on property. During the holiday season, we offer special dining experiences for our valued guests. Our Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on December 24 is entirely optional. Should you wish to enhance your holiday experience with this festive celebration, please contact our concierge team to make arrangements. For New Year's Eve on December 31, please note that our signature Gala Dinner is a mandatory supplement for all guests, priced at €505 per adult or teen (12-17 years) and €252 per child (3-12 years).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
