Great facility, needs more friendly staff especially at the front end.

Liked:Very clean, great location for airport and cruise terminal access.

Disliked:Front staff was very unfriendly, did not use my husband’s honor member number after trying to tell her twice. Then she became very short with us about it.

I would most certainly stay at this hotel again in the future, if I could reserve a 1st floor room.

Liked:I especially liked having a room on the first floor, near an outside entrance, making it very convenient to unload and load my car. Also, the hallway was tiled and exceptionally clean, as opposed to carpeting. The room was clean, no damp or stale smell, as was the bathroom which appeared to be updated. The breakfast was convenient and had many choices; I chose the delicious oatmeal with sides of brown sugar, pecans, and golden raisins. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
