Liked:The bed.
Disliked:The reception, the fact that we were sending around between the 2 hotels, nothing was clear. The staff was somehow behaving as if we were the poor ones ,.the guests from the Marriott- park inn..... for 250 euro/ night...even the breakfast...we were sent, in the other hotel ,.but in a hidden small room at the first floor. A general a very bad feeling....the staff was what one would describe as passive aggressive. Example: arrivall. The satff at the reception : 3 persons were All , taking care of the 2 persons before me..After a long waiting at the "wrong hotel", one of them, a man, looked at me, with a fake smile, saying:" you know, you can come here too!" Pointing towards the desk where he just moved. Of course I replied that I was waiting for his invitation! Very bad for the money, I will never return and not recommend.

Disappointed at the stuff, broken window and bug in hotel room

Liked:The propery and location are good.
Disliked:-The shuttle bus was hard to find. I was at the right location, but I have missed two. There was supposedly a small sign at the front of the bus, but others also stuggled, so it was really hard to find. -my room had a broken window and could not close. I was on a busienss trip and came back to hotel late and exhausted. So, for first night I thought maybe it is okay and it will not be so cold, but I was freezing. I have asked for help and than someone tried to close the window for 20min, but did not go. He arranged a new room for me-it was the only nice person. -I found a bug/insect on my towels and had to get new towels. -NO ONE APPOLOGIZED or said anything nice after I have told them about the insect and window. The people at the reception just gave me new towels. DISAPPOINTED

Okay Stay, other than food allergies experience

Liked:Close to Airport and Central Amsterdam . Apartment was ok
Disliked:Apartment too dark as not enough lighting in the evening. My daughter has severe food allergies and breakfast choice was poor. We requested bacon on toast and it was all too much for the staff, they were not sure and requested us to better avoid everything. The easy way out, not very flexible. In the Bistro we also made bad experience with the food as we extra requested chicken and chips and vegetables without dairy, nut and eggs. We were assured 100% safe, but when they served the food they said the chicken is baked in butter? We were so chocked…luckily my daughter did not try it yet

Disliked:Reception stuff attitude. Free shuttle only for from airport to hotel,You need to pay for shuttle from hotel to airport.The worst part is they dont tell you untill the reservation is done.The room has stove but no cookingware.
