Great for a Schiphol overnight

Liked:Proximity to Schiphol, modern facilities, spacious family suite, convenience shop, bar and full restaurant with a morning and evening buffet to suit all dietary needs. Helpful staff who brought fans and extra towels to our room.

Disliked:The a/c wasn’t as strong as we would have liked given the heat wave, but the fans def helped along with keeping the curtain closed.

Liked:We were pleasantly surprised to get an up grade room. Excellent. We enjoyed lunch and breakfast during our stay.

Disliked:To have stayed closer to the city. But it was our chose. No problem.

Liked:Room size is good and clean, location is ok near to airport.

Disliked:Between 8:30 to 9:30 no shuttle service to the airport. Loud noise early in the morning from 5:30 am to 7:00 am door being slammed multiple time different rooms I have reported it to the hotel i stayed 2 nights and issue was the same in the morning i hope you will be able to adressed this.

Shuttle is an extra charge. Location is terrible. Inside is updated.

Liked:Hotel was clean and comfortable and the family suite was very large.

Disliked:Advertised shuttle to the airport but no where did I see that it cost money til we got there. They charged 6 Euros a person to shuttle from the hotel to the airport.
