Please note that the airport shuttle operates every 30 minutes between 04:00 and 23:15. The shuttle service is complimentary from the airport to the hotel only. For the return journey from the hotel to Schiphol Airport, a ticket costs €5 per person. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please be advised that reservations are required for the hotel’s restaurant as well as the spa and wellness facilities. Wearing slippers and swimming clothes is mandatory in the Spa and Wellness area. Please note that a mandatory deposit of €50 per night will be charged to a debit or credit card upon arrival. This deposit may be used to cover any damages or incidental expenses (such as restaurant or spa charges). After check-out, the deposit will be refunded to the card used; please note that this process may take up to 14 business days. Cash payments are not accepted for the deposit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
