Incredible stay!

Liked:We had an incredible overnight stay and felt exceptionally well looked after from start to finish. From the warm welcome and seamless check-in to a very generous room upgrade, everything exceeded our expectations. The room itself was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. The team truly went above and beyond for my birthday. From a thoughtful piece of cake delivered with our room service breakfast to a lovely gift received after the spa, every detail felt personal and genuinely appreciated. The amenities are outstanding, and we also thoroughly enjoyed the evening brunch at Mokki, which was fantastic. We would highly recommend this hotel. It has been one of our best stays in Astana. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
