Wonderful staff and amazing hotel

Liked:The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were comfortable. A very good price value ratio, and the usual high service standard from Hilton.

Best hotel in Astana.

Liked:Rooms, service, and complimentary breakfast were great. I assume this was because of my Genius Level 3 status on Booking.com. Check-in was very smooth, handled by Altynay, who also assisted with a free late check-out.
