Beautiful hotel, impeccable service, high value for money.

Liked:Room was luxurious, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Quality of bedding, linen and comfort of mattress was excellent. Bathroom had heated floors which was such a nice touch. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and engaging.

Disliked:I was underwhelmed by breakfast - it was very expensive. Coffee was from a machine, which was disappointing. I only ate breakfast once in the hotel, other mornings I found local cafes where I paid less than half the price for better food and excellent barista coffee.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

Liked:My stay at Sheraton Astana Hotel was excellent. The hotel has a great location with many attractions within walking distance. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent beds and good sound insulation for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. The hotel is very clean and offers good facilities, including a gym and spa area. It is a great choice for both business and leisure trips, with beautiful city views and a calm, safe atmosphere around the hotel.
