Liked:The hotel lost power for like 35-40mins. No explanation no refund for unexpected power outage or anything.

We will never stay at this hotel again and would strongly discourage others from doing so. This was a completely unaccep

Disliked:We went two full days without our room being cleaned. After the first day, we specifically requested housekeeping, yet the room was still not serviced the following day. At checkout, the treatment we received from the front desk staff was completely unacceptable. Rather than taking responsibility, the staff member made excuses and attempted to place the blame on us for the failure to clean the room. We personally saw housekeeping staff working on our floor and requested service twice, but no effort was made to acknowledge the mistake or resolve the issue. This is a clear failure of service. We expect a refund as compensation. The level of customer service at this hotel is unacceptable and does not meet basic hospitality standards
