My stay was very pleasant. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked:This is my second stay at this location. The staff is always friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and updated and the breakfast buffet is a nice bonus.

Disliked:I find that this location is a little tricky to get to. I always seem to miss the turn. Maybe a larger sign at the road would help.

UNACCEPTABLE.

Liked:Nothing. They would not allow us to stay there. We booked for a local family who needed a place to stay for two nights due to an emergency plumbing issue and they REFUSED to honor the booking AFTER we arrived. Shane on you Holiday Inn. Will NEVER book a Holiday Inn or affiliated hotel again. And Booking.com should make policies like that clear when booking.
