A bit shabby

Liked:It is an all inclusive venue, which attracks a certain kind of people. It was our first try but we will not repeat this choice.

Disliked:A bit shaby place which has had it’s best times. It deserves better tlc. Staff could be more helpful, maybe is was the end of the season. A lot went wrong for us particulary.

Would be a perfect location if not for the noise and foul language

Liked:The property itself was fantastic. It is situated right at the beach, which is what I was looking for. The staff work hard to keep it very clean, and the facilities are regularly maintained. The hot tub is drained and cleaned every evening. We had a breakfast plan and the hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold at the buffet. There was always plenty of food available. The property is close to so many places and activities that you may want to check out in the Algarve.

Disliked:If you are going to Albuferia for a party, it’s a perfect location. If you have children, or prefer to sleep, it may not be your perfect location. The pounding bass of the music at the nearby pubs begins just after 11:00 pm. and continues until after 2:00 am. It’s a youthful crowd at the main pool, who are extraordinarily skilled at constructing four or five word sentences of four of five letter words. The other pools are quieter and more suited to young families and the more seasoned crowd, though the sun doesn’t reach them as long. Because the hot tub is drained every evening, it’s not heated, so can’t really be considered a hot tub. The pool isn’t heated either, so it’s cool in October, but refreshing for the high 20-30 degree temperatures we had.

For a last minute break for 4 days it done the trick for some sun. And we didn’t pay a lot so overall was worth the neg

Liked:Nice location room with sea view. Main Pool area was good. Indian was nice and so was the peri peri restaurant. Didn’t get to try any others as only there 4 days. The breakfast was good

Disliked:The Buffett not a lot of choice Rooms were very dated. Bath was so dirty that a scrub would probably not have helped. Check in was so long only one person checking is in and was a Que The building was dated.

Fantastic girls trip with amazing accommodation and location.

Liked:Fabulous amenities on site Fantastic pool area's with plenty of sun beds. Apartments were very spacious and extremely clean. Cleaning staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Location was amazing. Short walk to new town and 5 minute Uber to Old town and Marina. Buffet breakfast had variation of choice and food was beautiful.

Disliked:Some of the resort staff were not so friendly upon check in.
