Great hotel

Liked:The beach access and views are breathtaking. There is great food and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. Great for families. Kids enjoyed the pools and the beach a lot.

We had a great time but maybe 'epic' should be changed to 'average'

Liked:The room was a decent size with a lovely view. The Gourmet restaurant was excellent.

Disliked:The lack of sunbeds around the pool/on the beach - definitely need more there aren't enough to go round. The bathroom was rather 'open plan' to the bedroom with sliding frosted glass panels.

Don't Stay Here!

Liked:The only positive was the room for 3 was very big. The buffet however was very good for breakfast and lunch.

Disliked:NOT A 5 STAR RESORT!! I frequently travel to fine hotels and this is definitly not a 5 star resort, mostly due to the staff. No one greeted us at the entrance and no welcome drink or cool towel. The female conceirges all had unhappy faces on and were barely approachable. The beds in the suite were not that of a 5 star hotel. nor the pillows or linens. The only positive was the room for 3 was very big. Also this is family friendly resort not adults only. Yoga instructor basically taught a stretch class not yoga. The buffet however was very good for breakfast and lunch. No water view anywhere! have to walk far and to public beach area and PAY for your lounge chair. Skip staying at this resort.
