Overall for a short stay as a base camp to meet up with friends I had a great time.

Liked:We arrived as a group of girls and the check-in process felt like it took forever. Unfortunately, the first impression wasn't great. Our bathroom smelt strongly of drains, and our towels weren't replaced during our stay—we had to ask reception three separate times before we got fresh ones. There are no hair dryers in the rooms and when we asked at reception they had run out, which was really inconvenient. The all-inclusive package was disappointing, with very limited drinks available unless you paid extra, which didn't feel like an all-inclusive experience at all. The hotel toilets also needed attention, with locks literally falling off the doors. As a base for a girls' trip it was fine because we were out most of the time, but if I'd booked this as a family holiday, I'd have been really disappointed. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
