Very very unpleasant

Disliked:I chose this accommodation primarily because of its location and the way it was advertised. Unfortunately, nothing matched reality. The room, especially the bathroom, was filthy. It was full of mold, everything was rusty and outdated, there was a terrible smell, and, as a bonus, there were cockroaches everywhere. The bathtub was so dirty that you wouldn't want to step into it barefoot for fear of catching a fungal infection. The next day, the cockroaches had moved into the bedroom/living room area. My pregnant wife even stepped on one right next to the bed. The sofa was covered in all kinds of disgusting stains. The balcony door wouldn't even close properly—it had to be held shut with a makeshift prop. There was dirt and grime everywhere you looked. After reporting everything to the reception the following day and showing them photos of the cockroaches, we were promised that the room would be cleaned. Unfortunately, all that happened was that a lady brought some toilet paper, pulled the bedsheet over the bed, and left. That was the extent of the "cleaning." To make matters even worse, the hotel was full of groups of intoxicated troublemakers who came to the pool with portable speakers and caused chaos from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. They were jumping over balconies, throwing chairs into the pool, and screaming like orangutans. Sadly, the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to stop this, presumably because these guests were spending money at the bar. This place felt more like a jungle than a hotel. Every morning, your slippers would stick to the corridor floors because of all the spilled drinks and other liquids, even inside the elevators. Whenever you walked past one of these groups—especially with my pregnant wife—they would make monkey noises, burp loudly, and behave in a way that was absolutely disgusting. There were even cockroaches in the hallways. It's a real shame because the location is excellent.
