Liked:Excellent, central position making it easy to get around. The dining staff at both breakfast and dinner were genuinely warm and friendly

Disliked:First room we got the air conditioner not working which made the room uncomfortably warm Room on the 4th floor. Female host in reception very rude and not helpful. Then we were placed in a room directly in the main thoroughfare, making it extremely noisy as people constantly walked past Room 104 .Basic housekeeping requests were missing. We were not provided with extra towels or additional coffee pods during our stay.The hotel is quite dated and old-fashioned throughout. Additionally, one of the lifts was not working so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Not a 4 stars hotel at all.

Great location friendly staff but not a luxury experience

Liked:The location was amazing! The drinks were reasonably priced at the hotel bar and for the most part the staff tried to meet each of my request, everyone was really friendly.

Disliked:Housekeeping did not actually clean the rooms they just made the bed and replaced the towels. One night there were dirty glasses and trash on the table from the night before that were not disposed of and the toilet was not cleaned not even once in the 6 days. Additionally you have to call reception for extra towels and go get them yourself housekeeping will not give them to you. This is the same for ice, the hotel does not have an ice machine so you have to call reception for ice and then go pick it up yourself, when there is only one staff available at the front desk I get it but even when 2 staff are working they still ask you to come get your ice.

Regarding coffee and water in the room, on the first day it's an complementary, if you want more is are available to buy at the reception.
