Bed and breakfast (self catered) to have some wonderful moments at Falesia beach

Liked:Quiet surrounding, although far from nearest beach. Without your own means of transportation you get locked there. It’s almost one km to the closest supermarket

Disliked:Frugality and some lack of maintenance. The reception is also frugal in service When there’s price can’t have service

Liked:It was a contained apartment. So could make breakfast, coffee etc. Balcony was good as it was sunny. Bed comfortable, shower was hot.

Disliked:All good. Some of the equipment was a bit old, kettle etc, needs updating. But otherwise OK.

A tired development with poor quality studio equipment. Not good value for money. do not stay here.

Liked:A good sized balcony. Decent shower. Convenient parking.

Disliked:Studio door lock did not work on arrival at 6pm so I had to relocated, having already unpacked, to another block as there was no maintenance crew available to replace it until noon next day. What would have happened if they were fully booked? The relocation studio floor was dirty and not washed. I inadvertently left some clothes in first Studio and was told they just throw any left items away, totally unsatisfactory but my verbal complaint was meet with "it`s our policy". A 200€ deposit is needed for an 80 item cost list towards breakages or damage - at ridiculous high price - and many items were not even in the studio and/or in poor condition, hence guests need to do an inventory of items and photos to cover themselves should charges be incurred. a big inconvenience. No mentioned of required deposit before booking online. The base of fridge door was rusty. The kettle top was broken. A reception male was so unhelpful with 4 problems raised on the 2nd day of a 4 day stay. He seem to be programmed to say NO to issues raised. A daily charge for using the safe. Family/children noise from other studios at 5am on Sunday morning. There was no sun lounger to use on the balcony and the plastic table & chairs were old and poor quality. A 45% premium for Friday and Saturday nights.
