Liked:The location is great, the views are lovely and the breakfast was good.

Disliked:The slide is only for children aged 8 to 12, and we should have been told that before booking. It is not big or dangerous, and our 5 year old could not use it. Many things also cost extra, often in cash only, like children’s activities and a 5 euro beach towel. Bouncy castles at other resorts are free. It is not about the money. It just feels annoying to be charged for small things. Please include them in the room price. The organisation was a mess, and the reception staff were not friendly. For example, the children’s evening was moved to the second hotel, with no notice on the website or at the pool. Many parents waited in vain. When we asked at reception, everyone blamed someone else. We only got an apology after we insisted, and by then we had missed the event our 5 year old had looked forward to all day. The evening programme could also be better. Other resorts offer more, like acrobat shows instead of karaoke.
