Great staff from front desk to security hotel was also very quite for a night that was almost sold o

Liked:My room was very hot air wasn't doin it's job went to the front desk gentlemen told me it's just an old building the corner rooms seems to be cooler let me search for 1 he found one and switched my room so after that I had no complaints ice machine on my floor wasn't working security happen to be on the floor once he noticed I couldn't get Ice he offered to get me some once we got downstairs

Good customer service dirty hotel

Liked:The staff and customer service were excellent; everyone was courteous, professional, and very helpful.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was a significant disappointment. There was a persistent odor of marijuana throughout the property, and trays of spoiled food were left in the hallway for extended periods. Additionally, the lighting in my room was not functioning properly, and the television was also inoperative.
