Excellent stay in Zermatt. Thank you to all at the hotel!

Liked:Excellent room (junior suite) with a Matterhorn view. Very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast.

Disliked:Nothing really - except that the signage to the hotel might have been been a little better

Liked:The rooms were an excellent size and the balcony and view of Matterhorn from the balcony was exceptional.

Disliked:The coffee cups in the room were too small and so we're the glasses.

Beautiful hotel and town.

Liked:Really cute hotel with nice-sized rooms and a fantastic bathroom. Good air condition and hotel breakfast was excellent. Loved the location, the food and the decor.

Disliked:Everything was great. The only thing we didn't like was the pillows. They were too flat for our liking.
