Cancellation

Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.

Please note there is a mandatory New Year’s Eve dinner supplement applicable to stays on the night of 31 December, payable directly at the lodge. The cost thereof is as follows: Guests booked on Bed & Breakfast - USD 160 per adult and USD 85 per child Guests booked on Half Board - USD 115 per adult and USD 60 per child Guests booked on Full Board - USD 85 per adult and USD 45 per child Children under 4 years will not be charged The above child prices apply to children between the ages of 4 to 9 years old The above adult prices apply to children from 10 years and older Infrastructure Tax of USD 4 per person per day is applicable and will be collected directly at the lodge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
