It was horrible, not as advertised and the owners lack of care and contact was not acceptable.

Liked:The location is the only thing we liked about the property.
Disliked:The apartment was advertised as a 3 bedroom. One with a queen bed, one with 2 twin beds and the 3rd “bedroom” with a pullout couch. There were 2 bedrooms, both with a full/queen bed. No pullout couch. There was also a pool but no key was left for it. The pool did look sketchy, there was 1 sit down chair and nothing else. The pictures of the kitchen were not what was there. We got no toiletries as advertised and when I reached out, no response. We got 4 towels, 2 of which did not even wrap around us (we were small) and when I reached out, was told to wash them. No hand towels, washcloths or bath mats. The walls in one bathroom were patched up in 3 places. The floor was dirty. I had to use the one and only kitchen towel to wipe them off since there were no carpets/rugs. The cube/bookcase was very beat up almost like it came out of a dumpster. And the sliding glass door was so hard to open and the seating area was dirty. Basically, the pictures posted did not represent the place at all. I reached out to the owner multiple times to little or no response for 2 days. I requested a partial refund and was ignored. If you choose to stay here, just know that it is far from an “executive 3 bedroom”. More like a college apartment.

Sweet Wilmington apartment close to everything!

Liked:Brian was a great host and responded quickly. To any questions we had. We were welcomed with handwritten note & gift which were a nice surprise! The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. It's location was perfect to downtown and Wrightsville beach. We even enjoyed the pool in the complex. The smartllock was a bonus because we could come and go without a key.
