Convenient, clean, wish there was more 'charm'.

Liked:House was very clean and very conveniently located. Quiet area if there was no construction.

Disliked:Convenient location but unfortunately there is construction a block away that shakes the house. Wish cleaning fee was based on the number of occupants or the actual condition/cleaning required.
