Disliked:First cabin, the heat didn’t work. Second cabin, heat wouldn’t turn off. Miserable night.

Disliked:Very strong smell in the first unit we used. Old and tired unit, dirty carpet. Cloth and padded walls just add to the feeling of dusty and dirty.

Disliked:Originally booked through booking.com. Had to call the place directly to fix the fact that booking.com had shown me a room with a kitchen and then booked me in one without, which was a requirement.

Very roomy and comfortable accommodations in West Yellowstone.

Liked:Great location and very large unit with full kitchen; my unit had a deck with view to the south.

Disliked:Parking area near my unit not paved and it was muddy; 2nd floor unit with no elevator so had to carry my luggage up large stars. Desk personnel very friendly.
