Excellent location, quality and price fore a stay in West Yellowstone!

Liked:Great pool and spa, excellent room and beds. Free laundry faculity and we were on a 3 week road trip! Hotel was finishing upgrades to many of the rooms but staff worked hard to make rooms available to their customers-Thanks!

Liked:The location was great! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Great toiletries.

Disliked:I shared with the staff - the hotel is under renovations and our room was not complete. We were missing the closet, towel bars in bath, iron, ironing board, desk and chair. The biggest issue was that we had no place to hang our coats and bath towels. Also, there did not seem to be any sound proofing seal around door to the hallway. We heard all conversations in the hall and had light coming in at night. The staff accepted the feed back well and promised to share with management. They also gave us dinner coupons to compensate for these items. Over all, I would be happy to return when renovations are complete.

Plus side, close to the park entrance. I wouldn’t book again. I’d look into other places in the future.

Disliked:The pool that is “heated” was not heated pool temperature. None of my kids wanted in it due to being so cold. I had originally booked this hotel because it had breakfast included. When I checked in there was no breakfast for the stay and I was not notified before hand. I purposely booked hotels with breakfast because I have little kids. This was a huge downside. I had asked housekeeping for towels after leaving our dirty ones out, I still had to go back and forth to someone else after we got back to get supplies needed for our room.
